Resources: Educational Opportunity Center (EOC)
The Virginia Tidewater Consortium for Higher Education (VTC) sponsors the federally-funded Educational Opportunity Center (EOC), which is a program that services the citizens of the Hampton Roads area in academic counseling, career counseling and financial aid information.
VTC has operated the EOC since 1979. The EOC is part of the TRIO Programs and has served over 80,000 clients since its inception.

For appointments at all Southside locations call the Main Office at 683-2312. Southside includes: Chesapeake, Norfolk, Franklin, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Virginia Beach.
For appointments at Peninsula locations call the Peninsula Office at (757) 926-6107. Peninsula includes: Hampton, Newport News, Williamsburg and York County.
